I'm going to keep it pretty short and sweet. The units are horribly managed by an incompetent woman who is hardly ever in the office and when she is you can smell the horrible smell of cigarrette smoke in the office and on her. It's just not professional to have an office reek of smoke like that. Anyway, if the carpet at the place you are moving into isn't completely trashed you will have to deal with it. I could tell the carpet in my apartment was at least 7 or 8 years old and they would not replace it. I could just grab at the carpet and pull the threads right up. I moved out over 2 months ago and haven't heard anything about my deposit or seen a check. Trust me.....Don't go there.

Since I am the Regional Manager, handling Woodberry now, please call me at 765-471-2300 so that I can check into the return of your deposit.
