I loved the privacy that the duplexes gave as opposed to a larger apartment complex, but fat chance getting ahold of Brooke, the ONE leasing agent. She is NEVER there. Not just at lunch time... HOURS on end, despite the fact that she lives in the community. It takes what, a whole ONE minute to walk to the office' They were hardly in new condition when we moved in. We previously lived at Settlers Run and it was spotless and freshly painted white from top to bottom. Woodberry apparently thinks it's acceptable to have 10 year old falling apart carpets (the former tenant complaining on here about the carpet must have one like ours was... you could literally reach down and pull pieces out. There were CLEARLY unpainted spots all over. The baseboards, trim, and doorways hadn't been touched. We had no hot water off and on for months. Most irritating was not being able to get ahold of the ONE office worker. Even when I drove by and saw her vehicle out front she would not answer the phone. Upon entering the office you're hit by a wall of disgusting smoke and Brooke myspacing on the computer. Hire real staff and fix this place.
The grounds were constantly littered, bushes overgrown in front of kitchen windows where you couldn't even see out, constantly having to salt our own sidewalks, good luck driving through the complex in the winter... plowing was hardly ever done. Started charging for water to find more ways to get money out of you for the overpriced rent. Poor craftsmanship... our electric bill is the same at our new house that is 3000 sq feet and total electric and it was at woodberry that was gas and electric. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
