Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I would say "do not rent here", when I moved in the duplex was not ready. When I asked about things getting painted "oh we'll get to it." Then LPM Properties took over the management of Woodberry, they are NO BETTER. They do not paint when someone
moves out, nor do the clean. The property looks like crap, and it's ashame, because
this property looked great in years past.
