Renters Beware!!! I warned you! I want to know why they are getting everything so nice and neat around here.. Are they selling again?!? Also, we haven't had our furnace filter changed since we moved in. The only answer I get is, "we've had such a high maintenance turnover".

Hendricks County gem... I had lived at Settlers Run for about 2 years, but just recently moved out due to a job on the other side of town. I love my experience here and would recommend it to everyone. It's short of by its self so the traffic is very light, but it is so close to anything

Nice starting out apartment! Beautifully constructed! Ideal for single people or couples with no children. They do have town homes that are ideal. Apartments do not have covered entry ways which may be difficult in the winters with young children when fumbling for the keys. Apartment manager
