	The staff of 20 East is great. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. The Manager, Becky goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. It feels like everyone here is family, a very close knit community

	MY HEAT PUMP WAS ON THE FRITZ FOR ALL OF FEB AND THEY HAVENT FIXED IT YET.
