this place was just plain bad. It was dirty when I moved in. No blinds, I hung my own. My car was broken into. my neighbors kept me up all night. disgusting.

I've already made a review of my own, FYI, but I just wanted to comment here. They tell you at MOVE-IN that it is your responsibility to provide your own blinds, and that you must do so within the first 30 days you live there. I've lived here for almost 4 years, and I have personally seen them completly renovate countless apartments after the tennants move out. Finally, if your neighbors kept you up, you should have called maintenance. After 3 noise warnings in one month the managment evicts the tennants for breach of contract. I know cause I'm one of the jerks who repeatedly called maintenance on his neighbors! HA - FTW!
