Old Farm Apartments

I moved to Old farm Apartments because it was cost friendly. I only pay electric, and my bill is never more then $30 a month. I have lived in two apartments here. The first one had ALOT of roaches, and I had mold growing on my walls. Maintenance only bleached them. I moved to another apartment that is roach free, but I still have a problem with mold.
