This place makes me cry. We have an investation of crickets (Which I guess is common in any apartment, but this apartment seems to be the breeding grounds on which they thrive). We've had backed up sewers 4 times (that's really gross, I won't go into details.) Our toilet broke, it wouldn't flush, and we had to tell them 2 times that it needs fixing. Our dish washer has broken too many times and we had to tell them numerous times to fix it (eventually they even to replace it, and that broke, and they had to fix that too.) Now, our garbage disposal is broken, and we've told them 2 times to fix it (going on three times tomorrow.) The pool didn't open until August, which sucked because then everyone wanted to swim, it's a small pool. The laundary machiens brake down all the time. Our carpet was stained (and still is) whenever we moved in. Our neighbors play loud music and open our front door constantly. Plus, the stomp around in the middle of the night, which causes me to throw a book at the ceiling. The parking sucks here (on Burdette side at least). Our "leasing agent" is mean and our matience are rude. This place sucks!

Wow! Personally I do not think a 9 foot pool is small and the "manager" in the office now is the one that got the pool fixed and left the pool open for us all the way through September! She also got rid of the maintenance staff that did not do anything when she came here and now the staff is wonderful. They also put in all new washers and dryers in February b/c the laundry was in poor condition. I think we ned to give credit where credit is due!!!!

I think that maybe a 9 foot pool is good and all but not when everyone waited for months just to go swimming. Everyone went at the same time. Also, when I lived there she didn't do crap. She wasn't even around, I know this because my brother kept asking for her and she never responded. Can't give credit when they don't deserve it. Shut up and go bother someone else. -ps- September was when we decided that enough was enough. You must have lived on the good side because our apartment was horrible.
