I lived at Shiloh Place from the summer of 05 to the summer of 06. The manager in charge while I was there was wonderful. However, she is now at a different property and the new manger and district manager are rude, rude, rude.
If you have pets, I wouldn't suggest telling them... because they will screw you over on it when it comes to damage reports. Also, don't paint the walls no matter how "easy of a process" they make it seem. They will charge you even if you follow the directions and leave the painted walls with a coat of primer when moving out.
