I have lived in Addison for a year and if I was not about to move in a house I would have definitely continued renting. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Management is great and handles all problems timely. Maintenance is timely and get the jobs done. I've never had problems with neighbors or noise. Overall I would definitely recommend this community to others because management really takes pride in keeping it up.
