I have had a good experience living here so far. I am coming up on the end of my first lease agreement and am signing another. This place is head and shoulders above most apartments in the area and is exceptionally clean and quiet. (Not too many loud college kids). The staff seems to turn over a fair bit so you don't get the opportunity to build any kind of rapport with them so it can be annoying to never be recognized as a resident when you walk in the front door. This is to be expected, however. Overall I love it here, you simply can't beat it for the price.
