We've lived here for a year now. We were new to Evansville and they made us feel like part of the family. Great staff. Worth the few extra dollars from some of the neighboring apartments. Staff always helped us beyond the call of duty. We found out after we moved here that this is one of the nicest places to live. I totally agree!
