I've been here for the last 7 months in a 1 bed room apt and moving to a 2 BR in the same community. So far, it has been pretty good to me and liking it.
Overall Apt quality - Very well kept
Maintanance - Pretty good, usually they turn up on the same day
Heating/cooling costs - roughtly $100 per month if you run your A/C 24 hrs a day 30 days a month - which is pretty good
Floor plans - Very good, well utilized space
Facilities - Nice pool
Neighbours - Very decent neighbours, no noise, no dog poop
So far it has been one of the best apt I have stayed - I will be moving out of my current apartment in Nov into a 2 BR.
