My daughter moved into Addison Place Apartments because it is close to her school. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and maintenance is good. I was amazed at how well the unit was prepared for the move in. Parking at the complex is good and my daughter can generally get a space close to her apartment. The tenants at the complex appear to be graduate students and occasionally I see older people who live there. So far the rent at Addison Place Apartments seems to be competitive with other complexes and the utilities are moderate. They are also introducing an online rent payment feature
