I lived here for 15 months with a friend of mine and I was less than impressed. The apartment itself was great, as was maintenace, but the apartment manager definitely needed to get her priorities straight. The apartment above ours water heater burst (it was apparently the fourth one in the complex to do so), and ended up flooding our apartment. We had water run through our smoke detector and essentially fried it. While the maintenace guy was over to repair it the apartment manager radioed him and demanded that he come back to the office right that minute, he told her it would only take a minute, but she demanded that he come back that minute. And to think... I thought it was against fire regulations to not have a working smoke detector at all times... There were several other encounters with her that just left me less than thrilled to consider coming back. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
