More Bad Than Good

The Bad
The maintenance guys, well the main one anyways, seems really cool. The "helper" however-wouldn't leave my wife alone with him if ya know what I mean. But professionally, they only do what absolutely NEEDS to be done. Whatever you can do without repairing, they take their sweet sweet time getting to.
Parking Parking Parking...if you own a car, don't actually expect to be able to park it in front of your building. That luxury is just non-existent here. The "paid" covered parking is just used by whoever can pull into it when the office staff has left for the day.
Oh, you don't mind ants either right' Cause you may as well consider them a part of your family because they will see it that way.
Expect to pay a pretty penny for electric (upwards of $250-$300/month) during the summer months for trying to cool off one of the three bedroom townhomes. Of course, the drafty windows and doors help that.
Steep rent price as well. Could explain why a lot of your neighbors ar snobs though.
Buy or rent your own washer and dryer. Never ever use the laundry room. The people see your clothes as something in the way of them doing their laundry and will remove your clothes without second guessing it. Guess respect is overrated to rich kids.
Now, the Good
Location is superb. You're right off of the main strip (Lloyd Express) where you have access to Target, WalMart and tons of restaurants. Not to mention, a couple of miles from the mall.
Don't really have any worries with your neighbors either. Just an all around good neighborhood.
Wow...only two good points. You decide.
