I lived there 2yrs just moved out in August and there is tons of drug use, selling, trafficing all hours of the day and night. Little kids run wild with no parents to be seen. The kids tear up stuff and bullying little kids. They throw things at cars. Maintenance is ehh.. If you get Frank then your fine for maintenance. The apartment I lived in was in bad shape when I moved in. Everything is cheaply done. Cops out there all the time. Management isn't to bad. The corporate management are a pain in the you know what. They didn't do their inspections like they were suppose to I waited for months and they never came. They don't spray when they are suppose I was bitten not one but twice by a brown recluse and I was pregante and had to go to the hospital. There's roaches everywhere. The bush right beside my building had dirty diapers thrown in it at one time. All kinds of trash food. The health dept was notified and they told me that it's a hazard because it can make you sick. I let them know and they did nothing and the bush is still standing and nastier than ever. There's a lot more things wrong. People break in your cars a lot. Also when I first moved in and the locks were supposedly changed weren't because at midnight one night after i moved some 15yr old boy used his sisters key to get in my apartment sitting watching tv and all of a sudden the door unlocks and heres a boy i never saw in my life walked right on in with the key so then the cops got involved and the locks were changed that night because they called maintenance to come change them immediately or it may not have gotten done. So if your looking to move STAY AWAY FROM BRADFORD POINTE! Also loud music 24/7 and partying 24/7 Fights daily. A gun was pulled from one of the people in my building and was threatened to be used. Some guy threatened to start shooting up the place he didnt care if people had kids or not.
