I lived at Bradford Pointe for 4 years because I couldn't afford to move anywhere else. I was constantly scared because of all the drug and theft activity that occurs every night. My car was broken into twice. Random people would come knock on my door but I never opened it. The police are always there but they never do anything about anything. Trash is all over the grounds. Little kids run wild. There are parties every night because most of the people that live there sit on their asses all day and collect from the government so they don't have to work. If you live on the bottom floor be prepared to listen to floorboards squeak and the sound of a herd of elephants walking across the floor as your neighbor walks around upstairs. There is also a registered child sex offender that lives in one of the neighboring houses. I've seen it all at Bradford Pointe--it was like living in an episode of 'Cops' that never ended. The only good thing about it was the management (NOT the corporate management). The office people were nice and took care of ALMOST everything promptly. Except for the rusty front door that never got replaced the whole time I lived there. And my neighbor needed new carpet, which he finally got 5 years later. I do NOT recommend

Yeah I used to live there too I lived there for 2yrs and finally my lease ended and I just up and left I didn't give notice I just took my ---- and left. I have an infant and a 4yr old and I be damned if I was going to raise my children in that setting. So yeah I left almost a year ago they can't sue me for ---- because my lease ended and I stayed the year I was month to month so last yr I left. I didn't clean ---- let their nasty asses do it! They aren't doing such a good job. I had 2 psycho neighbors one who shot guns off all the time and then one ----- that smoked weed all day and didnt want to take care of her kids. I was stuck with them most of the time. Because she wanted to party instead of taking care of her kids. The kids that lived upstairs they were horrible. One of them bullied my 4yr old because she was fat and she thought she was miss ---- of the building till i got involved she gave her this hair tie of hers to play with and with my child started to stretch it out she freaked out and pushed her and jerked it out of her hand a friend of mine saw it so i went out and said something she cried she wasnt so big and bad then. then her little brother ran after this kid with a metal baseball bat and said he was going to kill him and the cops got called. then my new neighbors the guy beat his wife choked her in front of the whole neighborhood while i had her children one was 2 and the other was a baby not even a yr old watching their dad choke their mom the 2yr old goin nuts in my arms he was a meth head and a weed smoker and a heavy drinker he shot guns off all the time he was recently paroled from prison after bein there for 6yrs. management did nothing they didnt get evicted till after i moved out which was 3m after only because they didnt pay their rent. go figure over money. when they shouldve been out long before that with all the ---- her husband caused i like the wife she was the only sensible one in the house besides the kids. i had tons of other problems i made a review on that a while back. and there are 2 sex offenders there one on east franklin and one on michigan knew about that when i lived there cant believe they are still there. i lived on bottom floor and i know what u mean. the sex offender that lives in the house is a 71yr old child predator. hes been in jail numerous times for child molesting. hes the one on east franklin that was down the street from the building i lived in. i stopped letting my daughter play outside unless i was outside instead of letting her go out with my friends due to the bullying incident. so bradford pointe isnt the place for anyone to live stay clear!!!!!!!!!!! i had my apartment and my kids threatened to be blown up and shot up by stupid people running their mouths because they hated children. a lot of crime its all over the property and cops do nothing absolutely nothing so dont go there to live! ghetto! very bad ghetto! the new management SUCKS they didnt clean ---- up!
