Bad neigborhood! stained carpets! loud neighbors! They will work with you if you get late on your payments. They come in to check your apartment every so often too! You have to have a upstairs apartment unless your handicapped.

The area around here looks hood as hell too. The little kids run free without adult supervision. I can't count how many times I've rode in a car around the complex and I would see little toddlers walking around barefoot or barely clothed by themselves. Somebody needs to alert the CPS about this.
