Overpriced!

Not the best area considering the cost of the rents. The swimming pool is more of a "kiddie" pool and there are absolutely no amenities offered such as a fitness room. Apartments are adequate and very basic. Management will change their friendly tune once you have moved in. Maintenance is top notch and the person in charge of repairs (Dennis) is always willing to help with any extras. As for the area, the so called lake is more of a swampy pond and there is nothing to do for recreation. Considering the price, I would look elsewhere.

FYI...there is now a fitness room, and I think the pool area is just fine!
