My family lived in the 2 bedroom as well as 3 bedroom apartments at the Brickyard. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The apartments are clean, well-kept, and the property grounds are well maintained. The property manager, Kristi, is fantastic. She dealt with every issue quickly, efficiently, and to our satisfaction. She is always available and approachable. It is a nice, quiet community, with a good mix of young professionals, families, and retirees. If I ever move back to Evansville, I would move straight back into the Brickyard.
