It's loud - cheaply made walls don't keep out sound very well
It's overpriced for what you get - see point 1
It's mismanaged - office staff are idiots, never tell you the same thing twice, and have NO idea how to create a pleasant living environment
It's poorly maintained - maintenance people flat out refused to fix our air conditioner when we told them it was broken (said it didn't work properly because we lived on the third floor - PLEASE tell me how that's our problem'!')
It's EXTREMELY energy inefficient - if you live here in the summer, be ready for a $150/month electricity bill; and that's with the thermostat at 78 - 80!

Never, never, never would I move into this apartment complex again. After 5 years of renting all over the country, this place was BY FAR the biggest disappointment.
