I have lived at Bryce for over a year now in one of the spacious (1300 sq ft!) townehomes. My fiance and I have a really good sized kitchen, certainly bigger than any others I have seen in apartments around here, with plenty of counter space. The appliances are older, but still function very well. There is more than enough closet space and a great backyard/courtyard area for each townehome (we've even done a little planting and landscaping in ours... it's about 12x12). The master bedroom is very large with a huge wall to wall closet. It has 2 1/2 baths, with the half bath being downstairs and that's a BIG convenience when we have friends and family over (they don't have to see my unmade bed upstairs!)
The office staff has always been friendly and we've never had any problems with them. Never had any problems with maintence either. I can usually expect them to be here within an hour if I call in for something to be fixed. I think the longest I've had to wait is until the next morning and that was for a minor repair anyway.
We are lucky and have parking right behind our home, but the only real complaint I have is the people that have to park on the street: when we are pulling out of our parking lot, you have to basically drive out to the middle of the street to see around the row of cars blocking your view. However, this is because the city won't designate this a "no parking" zone, so I won't really pin that one on the complex.
If you are looking for a nice, established community with trees and convinence, I would recommend Bryce de Moray. We certainly plan on staying here until we buy a house in the next year or so.
