I have lived at charter oaks for four years. I started in a one bedroom then moved to a two bedroom place. Charter oaks is amoung the best apartment complexes in Evansville. The staff is always friendly and professional. One of the great things is that charter oaks is one of the few places which allows medium size pets. All in all a great place to live.
