HORRIBLE!!!!

Poor management response. Average wait time to receive a call back is 1-2 weeks for any type of problem. The maintenance man splits time between this and another property, so wait time is horrible. Lawn is not well kept and rules are not enforced (people do not pick up their dog's poop).
Management refuses to call back tenants on key contract issues. However, if you need to resign a lease, management calls back immediately.
Management refuses to abide the contract but demands that residents do.
