I lived here in a 1 bdrm for 1 yr and as soon as I got out of my lease I was able to move to the apartment complex directly east of Ashton Farms (Charter Oaks) which is Regency Club. I ended up paying a little less and it was much nicer. Ashton Farms has a lot of issues that I originally thought I would have at every apartment complex. I WAS WRONG! There is dog poop everywhere and the facilities (workout room, laundry room, even the office room). The office isnt even that nice, you think they would care enough for a good first impression but they dont. The staff is rude and I do not feel like the care about my experience at all. Most of the time I dont even get greeted by the office staff because they are not there. They usually have a maintence guy sitting at the office desk, which he is nice, but he cant do his work because of the poor management. One point, the maintence staff was the only group who staffed the apartment for a week. The property manager went on leave and her assistant manager took a vacation!!! The maintence staff kept giving me the response, we can not do anything until they get back. ARE YOU KIDDING! I would not recommend moving here at all. You can go next door for less and I feel like a king there compared to this place!
