As far as atmosphere, community, and safety are concerned, Copper Creek is amongst Evansville's best. Management keeps the grounds clean and looking great... in fact, everyone who came to my apartment commented on the great landscaping. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, and in great condition. I never had a problem with the management, and they were all wonderful people to work with. It should be noted, however, that although the apartments are located close to the University of Southern Indiana, these probably aren't the best bets for students. The complex is geared toward families and older couples, and thusly has little tolerance for noise or other situations that a "younger" complex would tolerate. Also, the rent is very pricey. There are better deals to be found in Evansville -- this is not the place for people living on a tight budget. If you're willing to spend the money, however, Copper Creek is a wonderful and well-maintained complex. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
