We are a family of four just starting out and have lived here for a little over a year and it has been great! The only problem here is the parking situation. When there are tons of people visiting on the weekends it gets really frustrating trying to find a parking space. Then you see all of these parking spaces that are to be reserved sitting around empty and it just seems stupid that the parking isnt just free all around. I agree that it is not the greatest place for college kids that want to party because there isnt a lot of toleration for noise, which is how it should be when you are living in a community such as this. The maintenance guys are WONDERFUL! Management is great, and the amenities are great as well. It is a little pricey, but if you are willing to spend the money you will not be sorry!
