I'm a college student, and thanks to my generous parents, have been able to live at Copper Creek for the past two years. While there might be some problems with some appliances, they are pretty quick to fix it. The walls are a little thin...so I've...heard my neighbors...There's typically good parking, and lets face it...the apartments are very well kept. Look around and you'll still find yourself wanting to live here over other complexes. While the prices might be steep, I'd say it's worth it, since they're not only attractive places to live (including free tanning!), but they're also very safe (and so I'd say good for families.
