My son lived here and I was his co-signer. He had a good experience with the first management company, a lousy experience with the second management group, and a fantastic experience with this new management team. A team is what they truly are. They really worked with my son towards the end of his stay when he was late on a few month's rent and had some pre-existing damage to his apartment. I do recommend taking pictures when you first move in and give one copy to the management staff and keep another for your records. With three companies in a year it was nice to have proof of what the place looked like when he first moved in, there wasn't any questions on who was responsible for what when he moved out - this is good advice where ever you choose to live. The only thing that concerned me was the dim lighting in the outside hallways that lead to each apartment - too dim during the day & almost a black hole at night - not safe for anyone, but especially these young college women. Anyway, other than that, the place is terrific for students or young professionals. Residents share a bathroom with only one other roommate, share the common areas with all roommates, and the washer & dryer is in the unit, so no laudromate to deal with. The roommates my son had he didn't know at first and they ended up being great friends - no problems other than the ocassional messy roommate. Again, I can't say enough good things about how well my son was treated by this new management team - they really seem to be putting this complex back on the map and getting things fixed up - As a Mom, I highly recommend this to all USI & Ivy Tech students.
