Eagle Village is a much improved apartment complex since the new manager Samantha and Goebel took over. They work very hard to take care of their tennants, and are very friendly in the move-in process. EV is very close to USI and a fair distance from Ivy Tech. It is the most convenient place to stay given the atmosphere for the complex. Yes there is some noise, but lets face it.. its an apartment complex mainly with the purpose of housing college students, so if you expect it to be quiet, get real. There is no belligerence, very seldom is there any trouble. College students will have fun, but there is compatible security here to make sure adequate order is retained.
