When the old mgmt was there I would have written this different. Givens and Spindler took over and are in the process of running it in to the ground. They will fill it with anyone with a deposit and first months rent..even though they would be moving in a month. It will soon look like all their other properties...a dump. Tehy like to go after all the money they can and the hell with everything else. I wouldnt say its the worse..only cause the Timbers are in town but its becoming a close second. I would save the wear on your brakes and drive right on by this one. There are too many nicer communities in Evansville.
