We been at the apartments since Oct 2004. The price is right and they dont put up with any noise or those who dont pay opn time. They have the building and each apartment spraid for bugs as well as at the beginning of the summer they come and check the Air Conditioner. Maintance is a little slow but overall its a very nice place to stay. They dont tollerate parties or a lot of noise. They also assign parking spots as welll as open ones and they are cracking down on those who violate that as well.
