I have lived here about 6 months now and this is the worst place I have ever lived.
The maintenance is horrible and rude. They threaten you with huge fines for every little thing yet the grounds are littered with trash, they constantly let the pond dry up. I have never had the filter changed even when I put in a request for it.
It is really sad that the section 8 apartments nearby are so much more beautiful.
Do not rent here, also the pictures on the website for this place are a complete lie, the apartments look nothing like those.
