I was relocating after getting a new job and wanted to test the waters of the town and job before I moved my stuff up. Anyway, Embassy was the cheapest furnished I could find in town ($700 vs. upwards of $1200 elsewhere). It wasn't the Ritz but it was clean and the staff was awesome.
They allowed me to sign a 3 month lease and when I needed an extra week, they just charged me 1/4 the monthly rent and it was no problem.
If you're in my situation or on a budget, its a nice place.
