Everything looks nice, but really isn't. The filters in my air conditioner and furnace haven't been changed, ever I think.. there's mold underneath my kitchen sink, the floor of the cabinet over the stove and under the sinks is pressboard that had gotten wet at some point, and now it's warped and moldy, that hasn't been replaced. The sliding screen door sticks and is broken, also not been replaced. To top that off, the lights are hardly ever replaced when they burn out outside or in the halls. The floor shakes when the neighbors downstairs walk across their floor. Doors are constantly slamming, Kids outside constantly playing basketball in the middle of the night. You can hear every single thing that goes on in the parking lot and in your neighbors apartments. The doors leak air, so if you're a non-smoker and your neighbors smoke, be prepared to smell it. Also, my apartment was broken into, and the perpetrators used a key. I was told that there were several break-ins out here similar to mine, but the police were having a difficult time proving who was doing it.

yes but they dont and maintenance does not know how to fix a icecream so how do you think anything is getting fixed maybe you should check up on the work and you know only thing good about the managment is she has a great ass but thats all if i was hittin that i might write a good one to

Well you seem to have a problem reporting to maintenance that you have issues in your apartment or anywhere else for that matter. Everytime that I have an issue I call it in, and maintenance comes to fix it or take care of the problem. DUH, thats how it works ya know?

I called numerous times to have these issues fixed, and they never were. In fact, I drove by recently, and the screen door to my old apartment is STILL sitting on the balcony. I reported the neighbors to not only the apartment management but also to the police. And if you'll note the date of my residence at foxfire, I no longer live there... DUH... due to these issues. Hopefully the new management has their act more together.
