not only is this place a mold ridden crumbling piece of crap, but the manager is a heartless nosey woman who only cares about money. She has no idea what the heck she is doing and can only print off letters to deal with her tennants. Moving here would be the biggest mistake of your life! I strongly recommend looking anywhere else! This place has gone way down hill since it changed management. At least before there was a person running the apts who had a heart this lady is like ----- with heals.

Are you insane? Since when did you think that the old manager had a heart? Well I guess you were not around her very much! Do you recall all of the changes that were promised with the old management company? Well let me refresh your memory NONE OF THE CHANGES EVER HAPPEND!!!! Stop and take a look at all of the NEW things: NEW RENOVATED APARTMENTS, NEW RENOVATED HALLWAYS (SOME IN PROGRESS), FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, FREE CABLE (A TON OF CHANNELS). PLUS THE RENOVATED POOL AND NOT TO MENTION... DIDN'T YOU HEAR? THEY ARE ADDING A FITNESS ROOM AND HOTTUB!!! THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE.

well looks like im on the same page as student1206 at least we know thatyou can tell when the reveiw is wrote by a staff or friend of them and a true tentant grow up and do your job because its not getting done by all the people running around maybe you should stop and look at the people you have working for you

It's not difficult to...walk...across the parking lot... She's not hiding...she's...sitting at her desk. That's not hiding. I honestly wish you guys would just tell her your problems. Go in and MAKE her listen to you. I'm serious. She listens to me. She listens to my neighbors. I cannot imagine her being the rude, snotty, stuck up person you guys are making her sound like. Just go and talk to her. MAKE her listen. Don't raise your voice at her, just make sure she knows that you aren't playing around. I promise. She is trying so so so hard to please everyone.

when the property manager hides in her office it makes it very difficult to talk about the "issues" with the property. Calling the manager gets absolutly nothing done
