First question I have to ask is how many of these people that are posting bad reviews have lived in a renovated apartment' Because I moved into a renovated apartment and it is great. I have lived at Mission Viejo and Sugar Mill Creek and I would say that foxfire is NOW on the same level as those, but $100 cheaper.
I read someone's review that was talking about how security was a joke. How is that' I had a friend get stabbed here and die last August, but I haven't heard of a fight here since the ownership changed hands.


I honestly have not had a single problem with noise while living here.


I think people need to quit giving this place negative reviews just because they are pissed off because they got kicked out of here for drugs or their inabilty to pay rent. Those things are not the managers' faults. They are your own.

i think the people leaving theys are most likey people who work here or friend of people and payed or asked to leave theys by the management and if you thinkthis place is anything like sugarmill creek or any of those apy your a smoker like the maint.that work here we will see when the heath dept. and building com. come and see the stuff in my apt.

what does new owner have to do with someone getting stab???? hello, it was inside a apartment! i'll pay 100$ more any day to live in a much nicer comunity! and i pay my rent ..... every person almost who works there are the drug users.... please.... everyone there know that!! even you

Also, I think it's rather humorous how all these BAD comments showed up randomly at the same time, too. You must have some person beef with the management and now you're bitter.
