my bath tub drips ungodly! no one can seem to fix it. i moved in a month ago and i always see the same two maintaince men walking around doing nothing. i have a newly redone apt. also, my sink leaks underneath. and evertime they come.... when they show up, they can never fix it. i think the hallways look like ----, the colors of the walls and carpet don't even match the out side of the apt. .... who picked that out'''' ouch...ooo yeah and they're was 5 maintance men in my apartment the day i moved in because it wasn't done yet. even though i had paid a month ahead of time . they should have had plenty of time to finish my apartment. the manger in the office is really snutty....she seems to think she's above all. one more thing , i just can't figure out what the musty smell is in my newly remodled apartment that seems to have been remodled by special ed people!! the noise on the weekend is very loud and lots of beer bottles and can broken glass everywhere! i see cameras everywhere but i think they fake... really i do! free cable.... i can't even add any special channels with out going to the office. one more thing i see alot of shaddy people walking around here that live here. cars pulling up for a few minutes then leaving then coming back 30 minutes later. now what are they doing''' ummmmmmm...... this place bits.... pay a little more to live somewhere much much nicer. that's my recomendation.. :( o yeah where's that hot tub and fitness room''' that's a joke ...bye for now one unhappy resident!!!!!!

Ok, let me just tell you. I just moved in too. I looked at an apartment before I paid any money. So....if you knew what the aparment was going to look like before you rented and didn't like it, THEN WHY DID YOU MOVE IN!!!! Venting on here is not the spot, very childish. I think sunshine's response said it all. You must not be used to being away from mommy and daddy.

i dont do myspace but if i did i would write about it there to im 26 and been away from mommy and daddy for 5 years so why dontyou stop protecting this place and find a real job

Quit whining and grow up. As far as maintence goes, call that is the purpose of the line. The sink is an easy fix, just find the loose piece and tighten it. I bet you have the same problem as me. Ever been into Rachel's office if you see the computer, you can clearly see the cameras work. And if you don't like WOW get Insight. Also Rachel is a very reasonable person if you are level headed too.

Maybe you should call the maitenance line...like you're supposed to? I'm just guessing here but I BET that your stuff would get fixed if you did that. Just sayin. Also, if you honestly believe there are employees walking around doing nothing...why don't you go talk to the manager? Why don't you go talk to her about ANY of this stuff instead of being immature and writing it the INTERNET? Obviously this is your first time living away from your parents so let me give you one hint on how to "grow up and be your own person:" GO TALK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE. This isn't MySpace. Grow up.

Oh Gee! My head is spinning. I am looking for an apartment for my daughter and thought this looked like a perfect place. Planning on a visit in a few weeks but I can't tell from all the posts who or what to believe. Guess I will have to rely on my first instinct when we visit. The balcony falling really concerns me.. Help I just don't know what to believe!
