I don't know what everyone is talking about. The new manager is trying to turn this place around... Keep it from turning into a craphole. She's giving all of the apartments completely new appliances, new carpet, free internet, and free cable. When I moved into my apartment, I made a list of stuff that was wrong, and it was all fixed before the next day... No joke. She treats people how people treat her. If you're going to run in there and be a big jerk face and make a scene, no she's not going to talk to you to your face... That's why you get a note... Because you don't know how to act mature. As for the employees doing drugs, they get random drug tests... I'm pretty sure they'd be fired if they did drugs on a regular basis. And, on top of the place being turned around, the new maintenance guy is doing wonders to this place that the old maintenance guy would have never even thought of, let alone know how to do it if he was asked to. I'd definitely recommend moving in. It's a great place... It really is.
