I have lived in several apartment complexes in Evansville and this is BY FAR the worst. My balcony actually broke when there were 3, count them 3, people on it. They all fell from the 2nd floor, one of them broke his leg. Management refused to pay for any medical bills from myself (as I was one of the ones on the balcony that fell) or the other two people. We took lots of pictures of the broken balcony and you could easily tell the wood was rotted, but management has maintenance workers living in about every building. So, they had one of the maintenance guys, who was not on duty - or home, that night say that he saw it happen and that there were over 20 people on the balcony. Anyone who has seen those balconies, come on, do you know how hard it would be to even get that many people on there. And if that many people had been on there and fell, wouldn't more people than the 3 of us who did fall make a complaint' Needless to say, I was let out of my lease after I got a lawyer, but I was not given any of my security deposit back, b/c it was needed to fix the balcony.... And the parking is ridiculous! Good luck finding a spot, and if you do find one, odds are it will be as far as possible from your building. But complaining about the parking will get you no where. They don't have a visitor's lot, so when a neighbor has even 5 people over, you will most likely end up without a parking spot.
