We lived there for a year. My husband is disabled and we were able to get a spacious handicapped apartment on the first floor. Things were well kept and reasonably new. There were two drawbacks, the maintenance people were not very swift (only called twice) and there were ants! They exterminated twice during the year but the ants kept coming back despite cleaning and scrubbing the floors. Others had the problem as well.
