The places are nice, but the heating and cooling systems are not that great. The 2 bedroom apartments, have no ac in the second bedroom or no vent that leads to that bedroom so there is no air that gets in there at all. The 2nd bedroom is always hot, in the summer and always cold in the winter. I only had to turn my heat on a couple times this winter, all the other times it was 80 degrees in here. In order to get heat to the back part of the apartment you have to turn your heat all the way up which in turns makes your living room area way hot. I didn't like the fact that you had to mail your rent off to another state, and they had to get it by the first or the 2nd week of the month they are ready to file eviction on you. If you recieve any kind of discount on your rent if your late they take your discount away so you have to pay 70.00 late fee. Could get very expensive if the mail don't work in your favor. I also didn't like that you could hear everything your neighbors did. Or the fact they let there kids run wild in the halls all hours of the night gets annoying after awhile. The management was great when we moved in the most friendlest people you could every meet. After a change in the staff i am starting to think diffrent. They can be very rude at times. Maintence i have no oppion on they have never had to come to my apartment. The apartements do not have baseboards so if you can live with wires running across your floors from the cable tv. Then you would do just fine in these apartments. Don't get me wrong seems like i am busting on them pretty bad, i just want you to know what to expect if you decide to live here. Overall this is a nice place for what you pay the parking is great, but like everything in life they have there down falls.
