bad, bad, bad (mold, parking, unhelpful office staff, etc.)

I think that these people try to screw you over... They have not suceeded with me so far, but I've seen the worst happen... Where to start...
The maintenece is HORRIBLE! They are lazy, lazy, lazy! They always take the easy way out and they are constantly having to "refix" things b/c they don't do it right the first time. Not only that, but they are just rude. The ladies in the office pretend to be nice and then try and find ways to screw you over. They nearly succeded with me on several occasions (there's still time).
Parking is horrible. It's always packed around my building and I'm not sure why becasue half of the apartments in my building are empty. I end up parking three buildings down. The neighbors are ok (probably becasue I have so few of them). The rooms themselves are ok. The price is good. Just the customer service (or lack thereof) makes this place a no-go from my perspective. I'd suggest paying a little extra and living somewhere else. Someplace interested in getting your business in the future and much more interested in your recommendation to others. In my opinion, a horrible way to do business.
I once had a mold problem in my bathroom that came from a pipe leaking in the wall. They came and PAINTED OVER IT three different times before I convinced them that it was not going to work because it just kept coming back... Then they scraped the mold off and painted it AGAIN never fixing the source of the problem.
I thought it was just a little mold, but one day it started coming through the other side of the wall in the kitchen and then the mirror just fell off of the wall one day because the wall was rotting away behind it. I immediately walked to the office and demanded that they fix it. My work order got lost or ignored or something twice before I went directly to the maintenace people and asked them to fix it. It wasn't until I threatened to call a health inspector before I finally got it fixed and actually had a mirror in my apartment. It was at least a month after the mirror fell off before it was all resolved. Probably at least 3 months since the mold originally appeared. Disgusting.
Don't ever try and end your contract early. I didn't, but a friend of mine did. They were unthruthful with her about how much it was going to cost to end the contract and ended up sending her a bill THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS more than they originally told her. It literally would have been cheaper for her to stay than end the contract, but she had already moved out and there wasn't anything she could do. They contract was vague and she payed deeply for it.
Just be careful!
