I loved living at Hornbrook. The office staff was very helpful when I needed them. Whenever I would have a maint request the guys always got it done right away. The best thing was all the FREE hot water and FREE heat. I never ran out of hot water. My roomate would take the longest showers and I thought that when I got in I would have to take a cold shower but I was wrong. Hornbrook was the best apt I've ever lived in. I would tell anyone looking for a place to live to go there.

Yeah, I don't know if you were living in the same Hornbrook Estates apartments in Evansville, IN as I was, but you couldn't be more wrong. Hidden costs and fees drove my, already outrageous rent, even higher. Not only that, but they have NO amenities other than broken glass in the parking lot that would puncture my tires on occasion. I would seriously discourage ANYONE looking for an apartment to stay as far away from Hornbrook Estates as possible. There are plenty of other great apt. complexes to choose from in Evansville - just ask around.
