I've been living at Kimber Green for two years now. I've always enjoyed it. The only thing that I really have to complain about is extraordinarily high energy bills. We've tried everything to bring down our utility bill, but it is still around $200/month. I can only guess that it is old equipment. Otherwise, the apartments are spacious. The rent isn't bad. It's close to everything.

I hae to agree about the energy bills 250.00 is the smallest I've had and it's taking a toll on my income, it's actually worth more for a cheaper bill.
