When I first moved here I truly thought I was going to have a nice place to live... I was WRONG!! Not only are the grounds littered with trash but everything in the apartment seems to be breaking one right after the other. I could understand the apartment having a few kinks here and there after all it is an apartment but the maintenace staff is a joke and seriously cannot get their job done. A work order takes forever to be addressed and then once they have been in your apartment things still are not fixed.

I have never lived at a place where the residents are treated so poorly. If you are looking for a place to live I would turn around and head AWAY from Kimber Green.

I have lived at Kimber Green for several months and have not had problems until recently when the supposedly maintenance supervisor Don attempted a leak in my tub. He came to my home a couple times and then made an appt. to come on a specific day and time and never showed up or called. When he finally came back for the 4-5 time and it still was not fixed properly I called and spoke to the Regional Mananager who came to my home immediately discovered the problem (a maint. supervisor mind you, was using caulk for walls instead of plumbing caulk, so it continued to fall out everytime I took a shower, what an idiot!) she ensured that it was properly fixed the same day. The maintenance sucks, but at least higher management is great and responsive.
