Well let me start off by saying that the staff is nice and courteous. Whenever there is a problem in my apartment the maintnance crew is prompt in fixing any problems that I have. However I do have a couple of complaints.
1. Too many large animals inside of the apartments. (were told only small animals were living in the complex) not so boxers, etc live inside the apartments.
As nice as the apartments are I dont know why they would even allow animals in the apartments.

2. This is a fairly new complex and the parking lot is cracked up and they need a new one for the amount of money everyone pays for rent.

3. Parking is terrible especially in the evenings and weekends. They need to have marked parking for the residents.

4. They need to keep the hall way going to the laundry area and weight room more cleaner it is a mess.

5. They do keep the landscaping nice but they need to make sure there are no cob-webs on the resident windows and entry ways.

6. To me they are letting too many younger kids move in the complex and that is going to take these apartments right down.

7. Another complaint that I have is that the carpet is ok but with the animals in the apartments the carpet needs to be changed because the dogs urinate on the carpet and the carpet company they use Superior whatever the name is --is not cleaning the carpets correctly.

If it wasnt for the following above this complex would be perfect. Oh also if this is a lakeshore apartment then all of the apartments should be by the lake.

Superior huh they think they rule!!!! I have a personal experience with the the head maintenance man and he is a liar!
