There is a hill going south on redbank and one going north on redbank, Lakewood is at the bottom of both hills. Not good unless you have 4wheel drive for the snowy weather. The fridge went out on a Fri at midnight and they couldn't fix it until Mon evening. Our neighbors complained non stop about us walking around at night and everything. They even asked us to take our bed off the frame so it wouldn't make noises. The staff was considerate and didnt blame us for being annoyed but it was a very long year. The rent was 490 15/cat so it cost us 520/month, but water was paid and so was cable.
