Overall, it's not a bad place to live...Everything was clean when we moved in, and any maintenance problems get fixed in a timely manner. The kitchens are way tooo small. I live in a two bedroom, and the kitchen is really only big enough for one person. The electric gets kind of pricy, even when I know it should be way cheaper!! We have it freezing in the winter, and hot in the summer, and our bill was still $90!!

We've had a few problems with the maintenance guy. He fixes things on time, but he leaves little notes after he leaves, basically making excuses on why things were our fault that they broke!! For instance, our disposal was not working, and he told us that it was because we were putting noodles down it. If the noodles are already cooked, it shouldn't be a problem!!

Overall, it was a good place. The managers were friendly, the pool was clean, and parking was never a problem.
